hi, yeh my bashan has always done this, the petrol leaks through the cap on mine and past the seal as well, cant stop it through the cap but ive cut some old innertube up to fit round the recess where the overflow is, not the best looking job but it works, the main problem i had was not petrol getting out but mud getting in which caused me all sorts of problems, just another classic chinese design i think!

oh yeh! that annoying vibrating cover! ive seen other similar quads with different tanks that have a screw type cap like the shineray, im gonna have a go at changing mine soon, they cant be much difference in them as they are virtually the same design quad, will post back with my results!
