Just made them, not painted yet, I'll give them another couple of runs before powder coat.

DS 650 baja guards and brackets. Bracket mounting adapted by BP engineering.com. Removable with 2 bolts without disturbing the ball joint

how much did the bits cost

just your luck what you get the mudguards for off ebay USA, dollar is a bit low at the mo and the rest was made in the garage with some off cuts of 25mm angle a BIG grinder and a welder

My mate paid £150 to a local shop to make his brackets, Allen bought them with custom made copies of the DS guards in fibreglass, give him a shout if he's not using them just now.
