Insurance companies should be competative, offer a good service as standard & have a sensible excess of, say, £250. No nonsense and honour legitimate claims as per their advertising claims.
Yes, if you could prove one insurance company which was £50 or £75 more expensive than the others was much better, honoured claims and paid out within a week or so as standard I would pay the extra. Don't see how you could prove that though???? |

E.G. my car is insured with Tesco insurance, every year for the past 6 years they have bumped me at renewal time. I phone up and get put through to the "dedicated" customer hotline for existing customers. Result was £56 knocked off the renewal price and a £30 voucher through the door in 3 weeks time too.
Now if I were that important a customer and had been "loyal" to them surely they would see that and price accordingly, or do you think they just like talking to me ________________________

Different matter when it comes to a claim etc.
Agree with earlier point about having to have insurance to be legal. They have us by the balls, as we can't go out to play without it | makes a change from my big sister having you by the b____ ________________________
