Hi Racing snake
The bit that is broken shown in your pick comes from the exhaust and i took my one off just after i bought it and did not effect the performance i think all it does is keep down the emmissions by feeding a small amount of exhaust gas off and releases it below the engine through the rubber tube,on the performance one i have fitted it does not need this anyway so if you dont get one under warranty i would just blank it off.
Cheers Steve

thanks steve... I'll prbably just do that anyway! but I have heard that they'll replace it anyway :)
I still need to get this 90 degree tubing made up so I can finally fit my stainless can!

How're you getting on with yours? any luck on the top speed?

Fitted my exhaust a couple of months ago makes a big difference used galvanised flexible exhaust tubibing for my 90 dg bend and welded this to the stainless exhaust and to the steel exhaust manifold pipe using stainless wire on a mig welder,my scorpion exhaust did not come with any baffles so it was a bit noisey but i have made some baffles from some stainless tubing fitted these and alot quiter but does not effect performance much, just looking into getting some road tyres and wheels but very expensive just noticed some in halfords with a multi stud fitting so going to see if these will fit only £220 for wheels and tyres.
Best of luck with your exhaust, mine will do 55 to 60 mph on the flat and 63 down hill.
cheers steve

Nice looking buggy
Hi Tim got the alloys from halfords in the end as quadzilla do not have any at the moment and are expensive with tyres, they are ripspeed flair with multi stud fittings went for 15" in the end as they come with quite lower profile tyres they cost £230 for 4 tyres and wheels, they are a bit smaller than the front ones on there at the moment because of the tyres but the front ones are fine and are getting some 215/65/15 tyres for the back today costing £100 but it still gives me another 2 spare tyres for the front going to fit them this afternoon will let you know how i get on and post some pics.
Cheers Steve
