Its been brought my attention that bogus emails are being sent from a similar address as our business email address to some of our customers.

Please do not have any concerns regarding personal information you have added when subscribing as a customer to Sinister ATV/mc Accessories. All of your personal information is properly secure !

You will see various permittations of our email address and our advice right now would be to block the bogus email sender.

info@sinisteratvaccessories.co.uk is the only email address we use so please check carefully as they are very similar email address' but are nothing to do with Sinister ATV/mc Accessories.

Check carefully - block the correct sender and we will continue to try figure out how to limit the junk being sent to you.

We suffered with that from the past. Had a site set up called dirtbikeandquadworld and it was selling mini moto's and quads.

It would start around august time, then vanish mid december, after taking quite a few peoples cash, then not delivering the goods. Unfortunately, we had many irate people asking where their purchases where, we had to tell them, it wasnt us. Explained to most who we where, that we dont deal online and that we where a leisure site. Said to most they need to get hold of trading standards, then they where happy it wasnt us. Big problem is we never found out if they got their money back - probably covered by credit card hopefully.

All you can do mate is make sure that as you do, use only 1 address.

If anyone has a coy of the email they can look at information on it, you may find an IP address of where it is sent and then track it down that way, might work.....

Yeah we have traced it back to Canada - we have only ever had our info@ address so know we are good that end and everyones private information is SSL secured with in Oscommerce and our own security.

Just frustrating when people have junk mail being sent regularly - will only end up asking to be removed from our mailing list which does Sinister ATV/mc Accessories know favours.

Our webmaster has a little surprise for those responsible ! ! !

Most of my products are well discounted anyway - compare them to anybody elses in the UK am sure the prices are keen enough but please get intouch and tell me what your after am sure i can help.

I do not give much discount on bike parts as i work on such small margins - but again please drop me a line.
