removing rear sprocket carrier and axle nut?

can anyone tell me how to remove the rear axle nuts that hold the sprocket carrier on, I have removed the first one but the second is a nightmare, is

can anyone tell me how to remove the rear axle nuts that hold the sprocket carrier on, I have removed the first one but the second is a nightmare, is it reverse thread or is there something that needs to be done first?

if there isn't a small grubscrew in it, then it is probably just tight as a tight thing......

nope no grub screw, I have heated it and had a 2ft spanner on it and it just wont budge
